IINGREDIENTS:
8oz Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 scoop whey protein powder (I use Bodybuilding.com Signature Whey Vanilla)
1/2 medium banana 1/2 cup strawberries
Cinnamon
1 tbsp crunchy pb (optional)
Drizzle honey (optional)
DIRECTIONS :
Assemble yogurt in bowl, then mix in protein powder and PB2 until well combined.
Top with fruit, cinnamon, honey, and/or nut butter of choice
