COOKIE DOUGH YOU DIDN'T! Edible Protein Cookie Dough Recipe

If you are anything like me and could devour a tub of raw cookie dough by the spoonful, then this alternative is a MUST TRY!

Flourless, eggless, and soy free! And the macros are just as amazing as it tastes

1/2 Serving: 422 calories; 22F/45C/13P

Compared with a serving of traditional Toll House cookie dough (1/36th of the tub/28g):

180 calories; 5F/17C/1P

Traditional cookie dough also contains added ingredients such as enriched wheat flour, palm and high oleic canola oil shortening, corn syrup, and tons of other preservatives.

Macros for 1/2 recipe.

Ingredients added into My Fitness Pal.

Directions: 1. Drain canned chickpeas.

2. Mix all ingredients aside from chocolate chips into bowl and mash together with a fork for chunkier texture. For smoother, more dough-like consistency, blend together in food processor or blender.

3. Transfer to serving bowl and fold in chocolate chips.

4. Serve immediately or chilled.
