Do you provide meal plans?
Nope, no meal plans here! Legally, only Registered Dietitians can prescribe meal plans. Here, we teach you how to fish, not just give you one and be done. You can expect to walk away having full autonomy in your nutrition choices!

What if I have dietary restrictions?
That's all good, this is the beauty of using a flexible eating approach -- all foods work. Full transparency, this may not be the best program for someone who is completely vegan.

Do I need to work out 4+ days a week?
Fat loss goals are predominantly nutrition-based, many clients I've worked with have seen amazing results withoout changing their fitness routine. For best results and overall healthy lifestyle, it's recommended to resistance train at least 3 days per week.

Is this right for beginners?
Absolutely! This container is best suited for someone who is already working out and maybe seeing some results, but wants to take them to the next level! We will set you up with a solid foundation so you can eventually continue on on your own. You will know exactly how to fuel fuel your body to perform best in the gym, adjust your intake for fat loss/muscle building, balance your meals to reduce cravings, as well as feel confident AF with your workouts!

What if this doesn't work for me? Are there any refunds?
Once a program begins, there are no refunds. This program is for committed, goals-driven women only. After coaching dozens of women like you with great success, I am fully confident these science-based methods WORK, as long as you do ;)
