INGREDIENTS:
150 g Frozen berries (can use blueberries, strawberries, or a mix)
Ice - about 1/2 c
25g (1-1.5 scoops) Whey Protein (I use MyProtein US whey isolate)
2 tbsp PB2
1/3 c almond milk (or water)
1/2 tsp Xantham or Guar gum
Stevia to taste
DIRECTIONS: 1. Add all ingredients to a strong blender
2. Blend until mixed about 1 min. Stop and scrape down sides and continue blendin. Repeat as needed (usually takes me 2-3 times) until well mixed. Should be super thick by the end.
