INGREDIENTS
4 super ripe bananas, mashed up
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 Kodiak Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4-1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chunks
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare inside of bread pan with spray coconut oil or olive oil.
Mix wet ingredients (banana, coconut oil, vanilla, honey, and eggs) until well combined in mixing bowl. Then, add in dry ingredients (flapjack mix, salt, cinnamon, chocolate chips, and baking powder) until mixed.
Fill batter into bread pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until middle is fully set.
