Homemade Cookies and Cream Protein Bar (mock Quest bar)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 80 g Fiber-Yum (can substitute with other liquid fiber or Agave)

  • 50 g Cookie and Cream Whey Protein Powder

  • 2 Oreo Cookies


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat 80g Fiber Yum in microwave (30-35s) until just bubbling.

  2. In a separate bowl, crush up 2 cookies. Add protein powder to same bowl.

  3. Add heated Fiber-Yum to bowl of cookies and protein and mix together with a spoon until well combined. It will appear a bit "crumbly".

  4. Scoop mixture into a small plastic bag and mush together with fingers to make sure it's all mixed. Pack and form mixture into a rectangle and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Slice in half for 2 bars.

Makes 2 servings.
