1:1 Private Fat-Loss & Accountability Coaching
This program is for those who are tired of wasting time and energy trying to figure out the most sustainable diet for them and their goals. This program is NOT a meal plan, but is based on the flexible approach of tracking macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fats). Downloading a tracking app (My Fitness Pal) and learning how to track macros will be the main part of the process. Everything will be also be monitored through a shared Google Drive Diary so we can track progress between our private Zoom meetings. We will address weekly habits to keep improving your overall lifestyle and help you stay on track.
After your program is completed you always have the option to add on month-to-month for continued support and accountability! Month to month coaching is available only to those who have already completed the full 12-week program.
